Removed from their home and separated 8 years ago, two sisters are reunited.

Imagine you are a teen removed from an abusive, drug-infested home. Separated from your siblings you carry great pain, fear, and a deep sense of loss. You are sixteen, and you are pregnant for your third child. A loving foster family welcomes you and your three babies into their home to keep the four of you together. Not long after, the foster family moves to Murrieta CA, bringing you and your children with them. You rarely see your siblings and even more so now that you live 300 miles apart.

You learn your younger sister who is now aged out of the foster care system is struggling with being on her own and carrying the weight of her past and current circumstances. You drop everything and drive to your sister with a plan to move her to Temecula where you live.

Rose Again Foundation, their Board of Directors, donors, and volunteers work around the clock to help move you from your one-bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom apartment so your sister can live with you. Eight years after being removed from your home and separated, you and your sister are reunited!

Ruff and Ready Moving employees Sam, Keith, and Jesse volunteered and moved all the heavy furniture and set it up in the new apartment! Thank you owner John Ruff!

Rose Again Foundation Board Directors provide the following:

Laura helps pack and move boxes.

Suzanne and Kristen provide a cleaning crew for the old apartment.

Kristen, Ainsley, and Brody unpack boxes and put away the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom.

Craig and Jeff pick up a donated bed frame. Rose Again purchases a mattress and small dining table and chairs. Craig and Jeff put everything together. They install TV brackets and carry out all the boxes and trash.

Rhonda supervises the move, helps unpack, and hangs pictures.

ALL THIS IS DONE IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS WHILE BEING SAFE DUE TO COVID 19.

OUR DONORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND BOARD MEMBERS ROCK! EACH AND EVERY ONE IS A FOSTER CHILD SUPERHERO! WE CHANGED THE LIVES OF 2 YOUNG EMANCIPATED FOSTER YOUTH! WE COULD NOT DO IT WITHOUT YOU. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL❤️
